The Vestal Diner has the best breakfast and lunch food in town. Always expect a friendly welcome, great cuisine, and a pleasant experience. This would be the first place I suggest when my family comes to town or when entertaining business associates.

Waitress was rude, didn't write anything down and got the salad wrong. Food was gross. Open faced turkey sandwich was bland and gravy tasted like soap. Reuben sandwich also tasted like soap, almost like they cleaned the grill with a soapy rag and cooked the corned beef and toast right after. The sasauge also tasted like soap. My coke was flat and tasted weird and the water is disgusting tap water from the cup cleaning sink.

Clean, well cooked food. Not greasy like most diners. Staff kind. However table dirty w mayo when seated. Also out of veggie burgers. Price is also a bit high for quality.

Whenever I go up Binghamton area, I always stop by Vestal Diner. Great food, great service. I love their omelettes. My son loves their pancakes.

Best diner in the area! We always get a wonderful meal. The staff are all so kind and quick to give you what you need! Not to mention, the owners are absolutely amazing people! Definitely go there!

We got tired of waiting so we left. Sweeping the floors and cleaning off the booth seats would also be nice. Coffee stained papers in the menu covers is super gross.

Great food and good prices

This has to be one of my favorite places to eat. They are always busy but there is never a wait. Great food, fast friendly staff

The service was very fast. They were attentive to our coffee cup levels and breakfast came quickly. The French toast was outstanding and the eggs were cooked perfectly. Mugs were your generic small ones with questionable cleanliness. The creamers could have been provided more generously. Overall, very positive experience. I have been there 3 times and they consistently provided great food, fast, at a good price.

Lol Dad won't becoming back, he didn't like the way his sausage was prepared, no Red Hot on the table, toast buttered half way, water took forever to come to the table; he made it known that he needed the water for his pills, waitresses were unattentive to other tables around them. Waitresses only seemed focused on their sections, this is not how you run a restaurant. Busboy useless.

Very nice place to experience the diner. The mushroom cheese omlete is a must try. Personally I love the diner experience and this place was just good.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Went here last weekend on my birthday. I ordered a “make my own” omelet and requested steak, broccoli, onions and American cheese. When I got my omelet, it had those things plus mushrooms, peppers, and tomatoes - which are 3 things I hate! I don’t normally request they fix my food, but I was not going to eat that. So I told the waitress again what I wanted: an omelet with steak, broccoli, onion and American cheese... when it came out the second time it had those things plus mushrooms and peppers! When the waitress came back I said that it still wasn’t right, and that I didn’t want to wait any longer, to just please take it off my bill. What made it worse was when she said “I thought you said you only didn’t want the tomatoes” rudely - seriously?! She didn’t write anything down the second time she came over. I was very upset, and on my birthday at that. I will NOT be going back. Wish I could have my money back for such an awful experience.

Nice neighborhood diner with very goog quality food and fast friendly service. The menu is fairly extensive with some interesting and delicious omelettes available. Prices are good for those on a budget.

We went Saturday morning around 10 am. The wait staff apologized for being slow informing us someone had to leave for an emergency leaving them short handed. They weren't slow though. They were running around getting everything done. Our waitress Samantha was great. Good food, fair prices, clean seating area, casual atmosphere.

Went with my wife on this past Sunday. My food was amazing. My wife ordered an omelet with just steak, broccoli, onions and cheese. It came out with peppers mushrooms and tomatoes. Wife sent it back and said please no peppers mushrooms and tomatoes. The waitress didn't write anything down. The omelet came out again with peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes. When my wife complained the second time the waitress had an attitude. When she left the check the it was written down as "steak omelet" which according to the menu does have peppers.

Good burger and fries. Great service!
